does anybody know how the RFG ( radio frequency generator ) which makes salt water burns work and what frequency of radio waves it uses.

Salt water does not burn.
Neither does regular water.

I've seen those "burn salt water" newsposts, videos and such.

The man claims to do it with radiowaves if I remember correctly.
The only explanation I can think of that some sort of electrolysic process is started, and the hydrogen and oxygen will burn.
This would be rather inefficient, since no energy is gained.
I highly doubt that the radiowave intensity can be reproduced with "regular" equipment thats easily obtained for a few dollars.

Above link is from howstuffworks.com and shows remarkable discovery of saltwater burns.

The problem is that the radiowaves seem to trigger a baisc electrolysis effect, and of course, hydrogen will burn.

Strong radiowaves will require a great ammount of energy to make water "burnable", especialy since radiowaves get weaker by the distance fast.
Classic electrolysis is probably way more efficient.

Peoples in video seems pretty amazed and looks like they are shure that this can be used to extract energy from salt water however i think your point is valid I don`t know how the engineers in video are pretty amazed it is a remarkable discovery but it cannot be used to extract energy.
