What do I do if I have a ferrite loop antenna coil with only two leads instesd of three? Is it worthless or can I sitll use it some how?

They would not have made it if it were useless.
See our Three Penny Radio project.
It will also work fine in the Ten Minute Radio project.
You just wrap a turn of wire around it to mak the small loop.
You will need a variable capacitor of the right value to match
your coil. Our capacitors are matched to our coils.
