Will It make a difference if i interchange the emittor and collector? Will it damage the transistor? in the Transistor test type and polarity their is a 0 Volt rail.what does that mean? does it mean that nothing is connected 2 this wire.it it means that then how can the LED light up when the two terminals r shorted.what happens 2 the negative terminal of the battery? could you plz explain that 2 me....thanks. |

A 9 volt battery has two terminals. They are 9 volts apart. So if one is labeled +9, the other must be zero. If you switch the emitter for the collector, you won't damage the part. However, it will perform better when you swap them back. |
