Wondering on some things....
If I get into other things, I want to make sure it's legal. There are a ton of Chemical and Mineral selling sites and such but I'm not sure if they are legal either. What I would like to know is if it would be illegal to make something like black powder, flash powder, rocket feul, etc. And whether it would be legal to even own substances such as Potassium Nitrate, Potassium permanganate, or other such substances. Because it is legal to own Gunpowder and rocket engines and such, It has caused me confusion. Anyway, Hope I don't waste your time, But I have not had much luck on finding the exact nature of the laws and regulations for it. Though that may just be because I have not found the right sites. Thanks for the great site by the way. It's one of the best science forums I've been on.

I just read and checked out (Not in that order) the 'Improvised Explosives warnings' thread and it reminded me to say that I have NO intentions of making Explosives of any sort. I may be a Pyro, but Explosives never have had any satisfaction to me. (Except Mythbusters ones, but they are just awesome)
Thanks again
