Probably with some sort of inertial drive or ion propulsion.

The Covenant Ghost Light Reconnaisance an Rapid Attack Vehicle uses a boosted gravity propulsion drive to propell itself. That basically means that it uses the gravity of the body on which it is currently operating to propell itself forward. This concept is, of course, yet to be invented or discovered.

What would Master Chief know about ghosts? Most of the ones he sees are blown to bits ^_^

You are all NERDS!!!

Although the concept of boosted gravity propulsion drive iv cool, why dont you talk about something more realistic, like lightsabers.

The light saber that you seem to think is real is nothing like what you seem to think. It would have to be a laser that is focused down to a point, and becomes "weaker" all the way down to the point. The power supply that would be needed is nowhere near portable. Really, if you want to go with that, it would be a highpowered lasersaber, because the "blade" is not composed of light, if anything it would be light energy that would be given off.

Of course you already knew that.

Most of us on this message board are not nerds, we are geeks, there really is a difference.
