I go to my local laser quest which uses invisible laser beams is there any way I can make goggles to see these?

Sure.

Digital cameras can see in the infrared.

To let a digital camera actually see the "beam"
you will need to add smoke or steam to the room
to scatter the light, just as you would to see
a flashlight beam or a laser beam.
