I am looking at building a remote control airplane(actually a gyro plane as the principles behind it are much easier.) However I would like to get some advice about what materials to use for the fusilage(I am guessing that I should make it as light as possible.) I was thinking that I would just use the engine found on this site for the two but I was wondering if there is anything important I kneed to know about engines and should I look for better ones. Finally any advice from pros would be great especially on things like radio control etc. |

yes. balsa wood is a good choice. but...you could also use fiberglass. or even tough plastic |

balsa wood is fragile but light,so if you are going to use balsa you better not crash it! aluminum will work.I THINK I WILL DO SOMETHING SIMALAR TO THAT I AM PLANNING RIGHT NOW. |

Just don't fly it near woods, or you might loose it, OK? I had one a while back, and we accidentally flew it into the woods, due to the wind. Kyle |
