Sliced and dried unripe plantain is ground into flour to prepare a brownish pasty food called Elubo. I like to be able to apply yeast (and other ingredients) to the plaintain flour and bake "bread" from it. The challenge is that I want the colour to be white. What should I do?

I would like to appreciate your effort on this development .
I want to suggest that you may blend the platain flour with wheat flour to give a composite mix.
