How can i make pop pops?

I looked for the instructions to make pop pops and the ingrediants were hazordous!!!

My science teacher said that you mix Phosphorous and pertassium permanganate together but i dont know were to buy these ingrediants.

Does any body know how to make them?

I read on a website you can make ones by wrapping iodine crystals dissolved in ammonia in paper. I do not want to try this, but you can see what i mean in my "Ninja Smoke Bomb" thread in the "Do you think this idea will work?" topic.
