Looks like someone wants to be reported to his ISP for spamming... It may even be against his hosting company's TOS (although being a Chinese hosting company judging from basic WHOIS and dig information, the reports may go unheeded.)

The spam wasn't just an inconvenience to the message board operator, it was an innaproppriate use of his and my bandwidth, as I got an email for every one of the new posts he created.

Annoying nonsense like that was why we had to force people to
register for the board instead of leave it open.
