I am allergic to PABA on my skin in sunscreen. I notice that some vitamins contain PABA. Shall I assume I will also be allergic to this version and avoid these?

PABA is an essential vitamin (a coenzyme needed to produce red blood cells).
Your body makes most of what you need.
In the diet, it helps bacteria in the gut to produce pantothenic acid,
another essential vitamin.

Don't confuse a sensitivity with an allergy. It is unlikely that you are
actually allergic, but quite likely that you are sensitive to it.

For medical questions, ask a doctor, not someone who writes books about
chemistry.
