hi.im doing a LCD portable power supply.Using a 9V battery.DC to AC converter.the output voltage is 17-18Vac,50Hz-70Hz.My circuit for the inverter is half bridge inverter.and a step up transformer to 10x.My problem is which delay circuit to used?which compnents is sutible?

Why don't you use Solar Power Generator ? I think it is the solution to your problem.
