Um... right so im an 8th grader and i have to enter the Science Fair. I said i would build a model car from scratch/house hold items (which i have alot of). I made a model car from an Erector Set and some other spare parts i had and it is about 1/2 a foot wide and 1 foot long. I have a space thats about the size of 2 fist where the engine can go and a space about the size of 1 fist for the battery. I can make about another fist worth of room if i have to though. But i still have to build the battery and the motor from house hold supplies. I think i can build the battery because i've read alot about them on another site... But the motor is my main problem. Could someone help me.

While you can make a motor from wire and steel
parts you find around the house, you can also
just find motors around the house, already made.

Cheap electric toothbrushes, toy cars, and other
battery operated motorized gadgets all have
motors in them. It would start there.

After all, you're not going to be making your
own wire from dirt. Things you find around the
house are fair game.

Ok so making a car its so easy that take a motor and you have to find a old broken car and you have to fix the morter in such a way that the car's tyers will rotate when the battery is being fixed you can also get good power also when the bettery is new

Hello
i am your new friend i have thought an idea about making a RC car but the main problem is to make the radio control section that is the receiver and transmitter.
The engine is another big problem please tell me the solution of this problem and the other thing is that i want to make all components from house hold items.
